Carlos Morales
Universidad de Antofagasta, Chile
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA, Brazil) in 1994. Additionally, he pursued postdoctoral research at the Université de Bourgogne, Dijon, France in 1997.
He has served as an Associate Professor at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil. Currently, he is a Professor at the University of Antofagasta (UA), Chile, and has awarded a FONDECYT project in Chile.
He has supervised 1 postdoctoral researcher and 13 PhD students.
Furthermore, he is a member of the editorial board of two journals: Journal of the Korean Mathematical Society and Journal of The Chungcheong Mathematical Society. He also serves as a reviewer for various national and international journals, including Ergodic Theory & Dynamical Systems and Transactions of the American Mathematical Society.
He has published approximately 125 scientific papers in international journals and has edited 5 books.

Eduardo Tengan
Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Brazil
Ph.D. in Mathematics from Emory University with the thesis Surface Cohomology, a Ramsey problem (2002-2006). He has completed three Postdoctorates, two from the Universidade of São Paulo and the third from the University of Bordeaux, UB, France.
He is currently a full-time assistant professor of undergraduate and graduate studies at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, and within his research area he works in the subarea of Algebra and Applied Mathematics, in the specialties of Algebraic Geometry, Commutative Algebra, Non-Commutative Algebra Groups , Number Theory and Discrete and Combinatorial Mathematics.
He has several Honorary distinctions such as Gold and Silver Medals in the Ibero-American Mathematics Olympiad, and the Brazilian Mathematics Olympiad.
He advises research work at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and has published more than twenty-five bibliographical publications.

Fernando Pereira Micena
Universidade Federal de Itajubá, Brazil
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação, São Carlos (ICMC/USP, Brazil) in 2011. Additionally, holds two postdoctoral positions: (i) at the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e Computação, São Carlos (ICMC/USP, Brazil) during the period 2014-2015, and (ii) at the Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen (SUSTech), China, during the period 2022-2023.
He served as a teaching professor at the Universidade Federal de Alagoas (Ufal), Brazil, from 2011 to 2015. Currently, he is a full-time associate
Professor at Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), Brazil.
In the field of research, he has a significant number of publications in renowned journals. Furthermore, he plays a role as a thesis advisor at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and he also stands out as an organizer of both national and international conferences.
His research focus is on Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory.

Gilcilene Sanchez de Paulo
Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio Mesquita Filho", Brazil
He has a doctorate from the Universidade de São Paulo (2006) and subsequently completed two postdocs at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, FEUP, Portugal (2006 – 2007 and 2011 – 2012) in the area of Applied Mathematics with emphasis on numerical simulation of Viscoelastic flows with free surfaces.
She is currently a professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho”, Presidente Prudente Campus. Vice-coordinator of Regional 09 of the Sociedade Brasileira de Matemática Aplicada (SBMAC). She is also the local coordinator of the Secondary School Mathematics Teacher Improvement Program (PAPMEM) created by the Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA).
In the field of research, she advises on undergraduate and graduate level work in the area of Numerical Analysis, Numerical Methods for Differential Equations and Navier – Stokes Equations applied to incomprehensible flows and non-Newtonian fluids.

Jaime Muñoz Rivera
Universidad del Bío-Bío, Chile
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil, in 1987.
He was an associate professor at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil. Currently, he is a full professor at Universidad del Bío-Bío (UBB, Chile) and plays a fundamental role in the academic faculty of the Doctorate in Applied Mathematics. He also collaborates as a visiting professor at several universities.
He has directed 33 doctoral theses, 15 master's theses, and has supervised 12 postdocs. He was a member of the PRONEX LNCC Basic Group from 1997 to 2008 and of the Pronex IMPA Excellence Group during the period 2010-2014.
Additionally, he serves on the editorial board of several journals, including Mathematical Methods in Applied Sciences, Journal of Applied Mathematics, Bulletin of the South Ural State University, and Mathematical and Computational Applications.
In the research field, he has a significant number of publications in prestigious journals and has also secured FONDECYT-ANID projects in Chile.
His primary research focus is the analysis of Partial Differential Equations.

José Antonio Seade Kuri
Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Mexico
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Oxford (England) in 1980, he pursued three postdoctoral fellowships at renowned institutions: the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Bombay, India; the Institute des Hautes Études Scientifiques (IHES) in Paris, France; and the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Currently, he holds the position of full professor at the Institute of Mathematics at UNAM (Mexico).
He has supervised a total of 11 PhD students, 11 master's theses, and has mentored 10 postdoctoral researchers.
He has been twice awarded the Ferran Sunyer Prize and received the Solomon Lefschetz Medal, bestowed by the Mathematical Council of the Americas.
Furthermore, he served as the president of the Mexican Mathematical Society during the 1986-1987 term. He founded the International Laboratory Solomon Lefschetz of Mathematics in Cuernavaca, Mexico, in association with CNRS in France, and served as its director from 2009 to 2022. Additionally, he held the position of director at Casa Matemática Oaxaca, and he was the director of the Institute of Mathematics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico for two terms, from 2014 to 2022.
He is author of 1 book, 3 research monographs, author of more than 74 research papers.
His research focuses on three main areas: Singularity Theory, Holomorphic Dynamics, and Foliations Theory.

Juan José Nuño Ballesteros
Universitat de València, Spain
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Universitat de València (UV), Spain, in the 1991.
Currently holds the position of a professor in the Department of Geometry and Topology at the same university.
He has served as the dean of the Faculty of Mathematics at Universitat de Valencia and has been a member of the Standing Committee of the Conference of Deans of Mathematics.
He has contributed to the publication of approximately 43 scientific papers in renowned international journals.
His research is focused on Singularities Theory, primarily in the following areas: singularities of differentiable and analytical applications (both real and complex), the applications of singularities in differential geometry, and global aspects related to singularities.

Marcio Antonio Jorge da Silva
Universidade Estadual de Londrina, Brazil
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of São Paulo, São Carlos campus (USP-ICMC), and has a Junior postdoctorate from the National Scientific Computing Laboratory (2015). He is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Brasilia (UnB).
He is currently a full-time Level B Associate Professor of the Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL) and is a member of the board of directors of the Sociedade Paranaense de Matematicas and he was Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Applied and Computational Mathematics (PGMAC) at 2017 - 2019.
In Research, he is Leader of the UEL Differential Equations research group since April 2018, working as a researcher in Pure and Applied Mathematics, with emphasis in the area of Partial Differential Equations. The main research focuses are Asymptotic Analysis and Qualitative Theory of Linear and Nonlinear Evolution Equations in Mathematical Physics. Currently working on research projects: Thermoelastic Effects in Arched and Flat Beam Systems and Stabilization of Plate, Bridge and Beam Models.

Maria Aparecida Soares Ruas
Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação, São Carlos, (ICMC/USP, Brazil) in 1983.
Currently, she holds the position of Senior Full Professor at the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e Computação, São Carlos, (ICMC/USP, Brazil) and is a Research Productivity Fellow at CNPq - Level 1B - CA MA - Mathematics and Statistics.
She has directed a total of 23 PhD students, 11 Master Theses, and has supervised 12 postdoctoral researchers.
Additionally, she serves on the editorial boards of journals, including the São Paulo Journal of Mathematical Sciences and Ensaios Matemáticos.
She has been a member of the University Council and Vice President of the Permanent Evaluation Committee at Universidade de São Paulo, as well as a member of CAPES' area committee. She is a founding member of the Brazilian Mathematical Society and currently serves on its Board of Directors. She leads a research group in singularity theory.
She has received numerous awards and titles, including Full Member of the Academia Brasileira de Ciências (ABC), the Order of Scientific Merit from the Presidency of the Republic, and Honorary Associate of the Sociedade Brasileira de Matemática (SBM).
She has has authored/co-authored over 79 full articles in high-impact journals and has edited 5 books and 2 book chapters.
Her research interests encompass the Singularities Theory and Catastrophe Theory.

Ronaldo Alves Garcia
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA, Brazil) in 1989, he also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Universidade de Bourgogne, Dijon, France. He finalized this postdoctoral research at IMPA during the period 1991-1993.
Currently, he is Full Professor at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME) at the Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG) and holds the position of Research Productivity Fellow (Level SR) from CNPq.
He has supervised a total of 7 PhD students, 26 Master Theses, and has also supervised 4 postdoctoral researchers.
Additionally, he serves on the editorial board of several journals, including Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems and Revista da Olimpíada de Matemática do Estado de Goiás (OMEG). He also acts as a reviewer for various national and international journals.
He has authored/co-authored over 99 full articles in high-impact journals and has edited 4 books and 3 book chapters.
His research interests concern qualitative theory of differential equations in the context of differential geometry.

Yurilev Chalco Cano
Universidad de Tarapacá, Chile
Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil, in the year 2004.
Currently, he is a full professor at the University of Tarapacá (UTA), Arica, Chile, and has awarded a FONDECYT project in Chile.
Additionally, he held the position of Director of Postgraduate Teaching from 2014 to 2016 and was the Director of Research, Postgraduate Studies, and Technology Transfer at UTA from 2016 to 2018.
He has authored/co-authored over 70 full articles in high-impact journals.
Her research interests encompass Fuzzy mathematical analysis, Set-valued analysis, Interval-valued analysis, and Optimization.
